At Suburban Ski and Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all tags remain attached and equipment is in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack your items securely in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our retail storefront for an immediate in-person return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
